You can take a screenshot by pressing F2 in-game. It saves to your .minecraft folder under screenshots.

Click browse under Upload Attachment , type %appdata% , open .minecraft, go to screenshots and add the on you want by double clicking it then type add the file, if that doesn't work it might be add the file first, for example:
