(Based on an old, but still pretty accurate price list, this would be worth alot more then three times the starting bid)
Minimum Increments: 100
Buyout: 6k
Item 2: Unb. III Fort. III Eff. V Diamond Pickaxe
Starting bid: 500
(I'm wondering how well Fortune and Efficiency go together on a pickaxe)
Minimum Increments: 50
Buyout: 5k

The efficiency enchantment isn't as helpful as the unbreaking since fort III's don't tend to get a lot of constant use (though if you wanted to mine a ton of smoothstone for some reason, you're good to go). It is a slight convenience though, since you often just have to tap the mouse button once to break a block (and as long as you don't hold the button for too long, it won't waste uses by breaking the junk behind the desired block).

I would pay much more for 3 dc of wheat, so I could trade with villagers. It's a good deal though.
