Hiring House Builder

I'm looking for a really good builder, to build me a nice house at my realms. All materials will be supplied, and extra dosh handed out after completion. Wouldn't be overly large, around 30x20 ish and just a nice looking house. Post here if interested.

Would you like me to take some screenshots of creative builds for so you can pick your preference?
Also, is it a simplistic house, or will it involve redstone?

Though my build are styled after keralis and jamziboyminecraft.
