-a nice realm very close to spawn

-multiple realms with nice builds and possibly chests.

Why did you sell your spawn realm for 100k then? Spawn realms are hard to come by, and that one was in the best direction from spawn. Also most people clear out the valuables in the chests before they sell you the realm. Good luck getting one though.
