How much is a doublechest of netherrack worth? About 50 credits maybe

Probably the same value as cobblestone, less than 5rc per stack.
I'd say 250rc per double chest (max).

Under the right circumstances, a double chest can be obtained within 20 minutes. They cost very little because of this.

You can go to the nether with a half decent pick and get a double chest of the stuff in 10 minutes, and you get credits for it.
