that's a really bad deal...

Spawners are very common. I have a list of coords of 24 spawners I found through my time mining and I assure you I have found many more. If you found 2 or 3 spawners within suitable activation range, then it would be worth something.

Zombie spawners do have a use, aside from XP grinding.. You can get random zombie villagers to de-zombify.

I am sorry i am really new to trading here and i don't know how much can i get from the spawner.

Since it is a private realm (I am assuming), try and start at the mimimum of 10k (where the seller covers tax). Also, read this thread here to know how to put the auction in the correct format.
