I am hoping this is a beacon you bought and not mine I gave up a very valuable place for that beacon just for you guys .

I've been away from minerealm since before that update, is it possible to make a whither in minerealm? (My real question is, can more beacons be created or are there a fixed amount)

Withers are allowed on Minerealm. The only thing not allowed is releasing it in anywhere but nether. Since if it is released in the overworld, people could release it at a place like idk spawn maybe and then practically ruining spawn since the wither does destroy blocks. You are not allowed to release it at nether spawn however. I do suggest if anyone plans on releasing the wither, do it in a more private location.
