Up for sale is a realm that I have been working on for a while. There is nothing too special about that (no spawners, not close to spawn), but it looks cool and unique. I originally had plans to make it a city, but did not want to have to manage all of that. It contains many different houses and under the city is a dug out dungeon.

The coordinates are X -1575 Z 1225.

Starting Bid: 15,000 credits.
Minimum Increments: 1,000 credits.
Buyout: 25,000 credits.

Isn't that a little cheap for somthing so nice looking?
(I mean it's not really Cheap, realms are always expensive, but you get my point.)

Probably not. Most players don't really want something pre-built unless it's practical or truly, TRULY spectacular.

So is 15k alright?

It is very nice, but as Ryu said it would have to be a really nice realm. Nice Realm- Loot, built really nice, or practicle. I think instead you should rent it to Newbs, because its not to far from spawn, especially if you link it to nether travel. With all the new people, and all the looters going around its perfect to rent out. Plus it is nice, but still easy to repair if a Newb griefs a little. I would just rent it out 500 credits a week, and put up some rules, such as no looking in chests to avoid temptation.

that is a really good idea! i have considered renting it out but i am just so afraid that people will just destroy it and take everything they can haha

While it's certainly a risk and will require some bookkeeping and oversight on your part, ultimately if you have a set of posted rules and require renters to abide by them, they'd only be risking a ban by destroying / looting. Make sure you take payment in advance.
