I just happened to stumble upon this realm while stalking Frostybirth. It is a decent distance from spawn.

I didn't make big fuss when you retracted your bid on my diamond ore auction, but really, you shouldn't make a habit of making bids you aren't committed to. Some sellers will let you back out like I did, but others may not be so nice about it, and this would be a silly way to get banned. If I were you, I would refrain from bidding at all until I had actually seen the realm if you aren't sure you want it. Just a bit of advice.
