Hey everybody, up for sale in my first realm is my house that has an auto melon, carrot, wheat, and potato farm. It is a nice house on a hill that has a massive glass basement with 2 floors, 16 furnaces, 2 crafting tables a nether portal and and a neat little fountain. An incinerator is also built in and the house it self has 2 floors and a powered minecart track to the farm. The coordinates to the realm is X: -3800 and Z: 2100 if you want to check out the house. It is gonna be one of the more bigger houses in my city. It is currently up for 8000 credits and all access to everything in the realm will be yours. I will only own the realm as it will be part of sting709 and my city project. Talk to me when I'm online if you want information. Pictures will be uploaded soon.

You're selling yours for 8k.
You therefore lose 2k.
Want to change that before any noob sees that?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I inferred from that that for 8k he is giving permissions to his realm, with acces to everything in it.

Thanks for the heads up but the thing is, I still own the realm but I give privileges to that certain person who will be set since everything that you need for survival is already built in, that's the catch. The reason is that sting709 and I have just announced that we are building and going with our city project so my intent is to all people to go and buy homes from me to make is so that griefing is kept to a minimum but if the person wants to sell the property. I will buy it back from them and can sell to the next customer. It is fully supposed to be premium property once our project is complete.

Yes you are correct, although I fear that my low rep may be well, problematic and may discourage anyone from joining our city.
