Beacons are very useful items, ecspecially when it comes to mega building, building, mining, and everyday activities.
I am leasing a beacon 5k a day. Renting times are from 4:30-5:00pm. CST. If you have trouble with the times message me in game. Since a beacon is worth 45-50k there are requirements for renting.

Requirements
Must have at least 100k in credits or realms.
If in credits you must screenshot the credits and post it.
If you loose the beacon you must either replace it or pay 100k.

Keeping It Safe
Always carry it in an enderchest until reaching the designated sight.
Never bring it into the nether.
Don't allow people access to it you can't trust
Keep it away from fire and lava.

Chances are if you follow these safety tips you won't loose it

Questions
Q. Why must you have 100k?
A. To insure you can replace the beacon if is lost.

Q. Shouldn't they pay 50k if they can't replace the beacon since that's what the beacons worth?
A. If it were 50k they would "accidentally misplace it" and pay for it market price (In other words they would buy it).

Q. Will blocks be provided?
A. Yes if you need the blocks, if not its better to use your own (10k is required if all iron blocks given are lost).

This is a great idea! Only that I do think 5k is a bit far fetched.

I might lower it once I see how we'll this goes, but an item being worth 50k is going to be expensive to rent. If I lower it, it will be 3k

I would be interested in this... at a more reasonable price.

If I were to rent yours for a week, at 5k a day, I'd be well over halfway to buying the thing! (at the supposed market price)

You are already asking for quite a bit of collateral (twice the market value) so I don't see why you need to charge so much. Although right now, since you're the only one offering a deal like this, I suppose you're free to charge whatever you want.

You better be pretty particular who you rent it to. Just saying

I might consider lending one for mass terraforming.
I would also recommend that you really trust the player that borrows the beacon and that you lower the price.

Renting has been lowered to 3k every 24 hours. In addition the player has to be well known, or I must know them in game. Also staff qualifies automatically, since they are known to be trustworthy.
