I don't know how rare this is now, but pre-update it was impossible to obtain. I don't care if I sell it, but maybe for an OCD collector, with cash to burn, the price is ok.

Starting bid: 50,000rc
Bid Increments 1,000rc
Buyout 100,000rc
Auction end date: Christmas day 5:00 PM CST

Again, only serious bids, I don't want to hear any complaining about the price. I asked a few people and NOBODY had any idea of it's value. A beacon is only half rare at this point but obtainable, and costs upwards of 100k so that's my pricing ideology.

Just to note, these started being dropped by creepers like other disks in 1.4.3, so expect to see more of them on the market in the future.

And I was kinda eluding to the fact that they aren't impossible to get, but I don't know what the drop chance is off creepers, and I don't know how easily it is to farm them, so yeah, if you want to complete your CD collection, go ahead and bid, if not, no worries.
