Hello all,
Firstly before even informing you about what I have, I'd like to tell you that this isn't an auction. I would just like for this to just be peoples views and the price they might pay.

So as the title states I have 7 realms, all 7 realms are touching. Within these 7 realms they have to my knowledge 14 Mob Spawners so far. This doesn't mean there is 2 Mob spawners in each realm but every realm does have at least 1 Mob spawner in it. All the grinders have been set up with fall damage and 3 setups are triple grinders, 1 double and 3 singles ( although 2 of the 3 singles can be controlled by redstone to increase the output on the double spawner and one of the triple spawners to make a quad spawner and triple, does require an AFK if this is used though. )


The area is hidden underground and completely dug out. It has had added an underground jungle effect with bridges from tree to tree to navigate from each grinder. A center has been added to it called the Command Station where directions to each selected grinder can be found with redstone indicators informing you what grinders are currently in use.
5 Zombie - 7 Cave Spider - 2 Skeleton is the types of spawners.


The area above land is nature to give the even more hidden feel to it.
It's a perfect PVP / Enchanted Item sellers paradise

Also an amazing part of it is, the area also spawns slimes. I don't have facts on how many slimes I get a day from the area but it is around 1 stack at average.

Shoot. Well, this is how I see it:

Single Grinder = +2,000c to a realm
Double Grinder = +5,000c to a realm
Triple Grinder = +10,000c to a realm
Slime Farm = +1,000c to a realm

You have 3 triples, a double, 3 singles, and a slime chunk in all 7 realms.
Which means 42k is added to your realms by my calculations.

Realms on auctions sell for >10,000c

7 realms = 70k
Your grinders = 42k

Depending on its location (Closer to spawn, the price goes up) I'm just not going to calculate that, but I am interested so I would like to know.

So I'd say your total value of these realms are roughly 115k for all of them, (Not including distance)

Thanks for your input NickIsBestPony, that is a reasonable price and the location is not close to spawn (sadly)

Although it does have storage areas and I am currently creating a nether portal path to it.

Anyone else have any input?

Last time I messeged you you said you had a triple zombie I believe? My triple skeleton grinder, I've been offered 80k for it and back when agentred was here he said he'd love to have it except the location, saying this a triple zombie is around 50k? Less because mine is the only one on minerealm and the loot can be sold for a profit. Its just really almost impossible to get triple skele. If you have a triple zombie that can be some money. Anyone lucky find

Ok since you can't just accept the information ill give it to how you wanna see ut because you want everything done for you. A triple spawner that is non spider can reach 40-100k depending on the mob, the grinder setup, and where its located. Happy now?

yeah ninjalo thats our old place lol, OP theres already a nether path to it. its connected to the nether path i mad at around layer 10 i think
