Hey guys selling 2 realms, they have a villager system that includes brewing stations, and trading posts. It is 2 realms long and is very organized. There are many people who can vouch for this. It also includes 3, 2 realm long automatic wheat farms, which is 1 doublechest of wheat per field and there are 3 fields.

How good of an investment is this?
1 doublechests of wheat= 2 stacks of emeralds
1 full harvest (3 doublechests) = 6 stacks of emeralds
3 full harvests a day=18 stacks of emeralds
3 full harvests a day for 1 week=126 stacks of emeralds

126 stacks of emeralds sold at 25/each=200k in emeralds!

The price of this here setup only 100k!!!! tax not included

This is a very reputable system and the following people have seen it and vouch for it: monkeytoad22, grolpesh, darganna, puged, roobean, xtidalxwavex and I believe a few more. This is a no brainer!

you got your math at tad off Sneaker, full harvest yeilds 9936 wheat which is 155 1/4 stacks of wheat. 1 inventory full of wheat can yeild 2 stacks of emeralds, a double chest can yeild 3 stacks. Full Harvest will get you over 8 1/2 stacks of emeralds.
It includes a breeding area, not brewing, also, there is a youtube video on it

best way to see what you will be getting. It is also on the south line of subway, so selling and transporting villagers will be easier.

It actually means you get twice as less. 18 =/= 8.5 Plus, harvesting the farm takes a heck of a long time. Your farm is almost the size of mine, and I can barely fully plant it in 4 hours, which for me is multiple days worth of play time. So although your figures may be mathematically impressive, they logically won't work.

Another problem you have with that farm would be efficiency, automatic farms aren't efficient, they just bust out a hell of alot of wheat in no time at all, its a brute farm. Sell a farm that offers more, work on a design for a farm like I did that not only pumps out more wheat than that, but offers insane amounts of credits. Nuff said. Lame farm is lame. Just keep it, nice as a little nub farm for personal wheat. Also, its not automatic, you replant it.

TL;DR: If you're going to sell a wheat farm for 100k, it better do more than just a half-done job anybody can do for 80k less. His farm is very likely just like any others and has nothing more going for it than its bulk size.

You guys are missing the big picture. Wheat=emeralds, and his comes with a very simple villager trading system as shown in the vid.
