Donor Teleport Problem

I encountered a problem with my donor teleport that I'd like to know if anyone else has encountered. I named the teleport 1, and when i tried to go to it later, i didn't tp to it. I checked and minecraft thinks i already have a teleport named 1, so I know that it took. I don't want to risk deleting it, because I have some stuff stored at its location. Has anyone else had a problem like this before?
Also, would it be possible for a mod to fix this, or just give me the XYZ coordinates of it so I can go straight to it, rather than aimlessly search for familiar landmarks?

The same thing happened to me with a home called 1. I created a new one called home1, and that worked.
Also how do you check to see what your warps are?

I was able to confirm it using /homeset:1 and having it tell me that i already have a home named 1. Other than that, you just have to remember the locations.
I was able to find my location after 5 hours of wandering, so I don't need mods to fix it anymore, but this should stay as a cautionary tale to other donors: Don't use single character names for your homes.

There is no teleporting anymore. That was $20 well spent.....

When I make my warps I ALWAYS name them "one" "two" and "three". I don't use numbers just so I can avoid the same problem that Kerovon was having. As for listing homes, I don't think that's enabled, or if that exists. Might have to ask an admin.

I was curious can admins look into a home list command, that would list the homes you currently have set.

Yes they can do that. I've already had to have an admin do it for me once.
