I just have a question about when the map is enlarged, whether or not the current border biomes will extend into the further more border. It's kind of a weird question.

Also, another question regarding the new update. I understand this is totally on intelli, but when the update is put into effect is to have it on a weekend sense alot of the people on this server still go to school. Thanks!

I would imagine we would keep the server seed the same, in which case, they should expand normally. That is ultimately up to Intelli though.

Some of the area just outside the border has already been generated--if you walk up to the border, you can see the land for as far as your render limit allows from where you're standing.

Beyond that, I'm not sure whether the relationship between world seed and biome distribution changes when MC is updated to a new version. It could be that even the same seed would produce a different arrangement of biomes, just because of MC updates since the current map was generated. Obviously this must have been the case in the update that introduced jungle biomes, but I dunno if that's the norm for updates that don't have entirely new regions.

WAIT THE BORDER IS NEING EXPANDED that means I'll have a quad grinder!! Look on the world map u can see another dungeon next toy triple skele IT COULD BE A QUAD SKELLI the border is being expanded right?

Intelli has not definitively stated what will happen in regards to 1.3.
