First of all, I am not planning to make a goodbye thread. I am wondering though, what are the exact rules regarding them, because I would see them once in a while, until the creation of the server that-shall-not-be-named. Then they just, disappeared.

The rules about goodbye threads began to be more strictly enforced; as soon as a staff member sees one, it is locked and hidden.
