It has come to the staff's attention that this paticular rule is nowhere stated to exsist. We have decide to purge this rule as a result.

Pvp looting is now officially not a bannable offence. If you pvp you risk losing item's no matter what the outcome.

Protip: There are arena's EVERYWHERE.

There are very few people that are willingly to go to an arena just for a 1v1.

Maybe they'll be more willing now that this rule change is in effect. If not, oh well--you shouldn't be PVPing with things you can't afford to lose anyway.
