Realm Disband Request

The realm I am requesting to be disbanded is Wookz_ realm at the coordinates: xn-3025 z -1425. I plan to buy 2-3 realms in that area around Arcane, and this is the only realm that is not public in that area.
Rokkr informed me that wookz_ is permabanned and its relogging to try to avoid the counter for his realms. So thats why I would like the force realm disband.
