Macros

How to make them? Do I need a modded client?
(by the way I mean Minecraft Multiplayer Chat macros)

no you don't need a modded client. there a lots of programs that let you make your own macros.

Macros can give you an unfair advantage (Ex. /spawn with a press of a button). I advise that you ask a staff member, preferably Lm108 or Intelli, about this before you do anything.

Depending on the macro, I could see an advantage

Some are quite advanced. I don't know if it is qualified as a macro but there is a macro where it will mine like a 10x10 area constantly. Basically the easiest credits ever. It would be easily noticeable though. Don't try it.

Any macro which modifies gameplay/gives an unfair advantage is NOT allowed. You may make macro's for things like 'hello' or other things to help people but NOT /HOME OR /SPAWN

wow wait a minute. Kerovon always said that it was fine to have /spawn macros.....but that was like in 3.0 have the rules changed?

-It's 3 macros for helping newbies. I've already gotten a "thanks" from one of them!
they are:
1. Welcome to Minerealm, [newplayer]!
2. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
3. (if they ask about land/where to build) [newplayer], press the A, W, D, and SPACEBAR keys in combination with the mouse. (because how else do they find free land ?!?? think about it)
