Well ever since i have been playing minerealm i have always wondered, how does intelli do it. So i think that if i really wanna know then i should get it myself. Well i have no clue what plugin it is and due to a user forum post i figured out intelli did it and i think that he should go public. Intelli if you read this, think about the money that you could get from the people that donate. With that i hope you become public :D :D :D

NO! the whole point of the plugin is to make the server better, and get more people. If it was public, many servers would have it, and MR wouldn't look as good.

Absolutely not.

If the Minerealm plugin becomes free, and people start using it, suddenly Minerealm does not have anything unique about it.

The Plugins and the community are the two major attractions of Minerealm, and although the community cant always be relied on, the plugins are always of amazing quality.

If Intelli shares his plugins, we lose everything that makes Minerealm Minerealm.

The plugins should never go public, unless Intelli decides to discontinue Minerealm.

As much as I would love having the Realm Plugin, it's Intell's code. Perhaps if the realms are ever done away with or the server goes down for some unknown reason and never comes back up he could release it?

maybe if 5.0 discontinues realms (which i doubt it will) he might release it if classic.minerealm goes down

Even if realms are not discontinued, there wouldn't be much harm in releasing the current version of the code once the updated 5.0 system is implemented. I wouldn't claim that he "has to" release it, but at that point doing so would no longer be a threat to the uniqueness of MR.
