RC 5.0 question

I guess this is a question for intelli, but does anyone know if RC is transferrable between 4.0 and 5.0 (when it eventually comes out).
Please, do some research. Many, many times has this question been replied to in the past few days.
But, on a brighter note, no, credits or items will be transferred. Reason; now everyone will have a fair chance of increasing their wealth, with everyone starting equally.
