I've started a low rent Housing Community Close to Main spawn <Around 500 Block's away>.

For all of you Player's who Need a safe place to put your thing's and like to live in style, House's are
Cheap. How cheap you ask?

Only 250 Mine realm Credit's a week <Real life week>.
House's come complete with
A real working refrigerator to store your Num Num's
A Sink to fill the bottle's of water, or even wash your hand's
A king size bedroom
And an attic for more storage and even a spare Room for your Guest.
House's also come in different color's you may chose any color you like.

you are required to follow a few simple rule's.

1. you must pay your rent <if you miss 2 week's rent I will move your thing's into a storage room with your name on it and you can come claim them later.

2. under no circumstance are you to grief any of the House's for the material I have used to make them. < will result in a ban>

3.Do not try to Steal From other Player's also Ban-able < best to keep your chest locked>

4.No building other Building's on the Realm, I am the only person who should be building anything.
with a few exception's...

1. you have a back yard feel free to plant food or even make a back porch <but stay within your own property>

2. a basement once again stay within your own property. <might add them myself soon>

3. The floor(s) I know some people might want to change the simple wood floor into something a little more creative, by all mean's go for it. Same goes for the counter's

You should add a brewing stand in the kitchen , Love the refrigerator.

There are a few thing's id like to add but I need to leave some of it up to the player's.

I just hope ppl like it enough to actually come check it out, we are already working on new home design's.
such as the 2 story home and more bedroom's etc, for now this is the trial run.

how much public land is around this area? Seems pricey if you have to walk a few hundred blocks to go mining...
Builds look really nice though i must say
