Is selling perms to a world for credits legal?

I've heard that donors and vets can create up to one world per day. I've seen worlds sell for 4k. That's a $.50 to 4000 credit equivalence for those paying for world creating privilege.
The problem: Isn't this an indirect method of exchanging real life money for in-game credits?
Sure, more credits means more donations. But I think it may still violate the separation of real-world currency from in-game currency. I don't mind the giving away of world privileges for free, but for credits doesn't seem quite right.

actually donors are alloud create one world perday so it paying 50 $ is worth about 120 000 credits if you have donor status for a month.

I believe you must donate $15 for donor status for 30 days. That's $15/30 = $.50 per day. And because you can create and, thus, sell 1 world per day (for, say, 4k), $.50 = 4000 credits. And if you sell one world per day for 30 days, that's 120,000 credits. You're right.
Also, I'm not going to ban request anyone who has sold or is selling a world. You haven't done anything wrong.

A vet could do it too if they wanted to, and they don't pay anything to become a vet.
When donors could do #view signs on the old world map they could have sold those to non-donors too, yes?
I'm not selling worlds, but imo if someone wants to pay rc for something, let them.
It's still not a total replacement for the donor/vet perk because they can't delete world or give/take away other players building rights, or use world edit in the world, they just are basically getting a private world with the name of their choice that they have build rights to.

The server will still get its 10% entropy tax on all the credit transfers, unless paid for with goods instead of credits. So, unless Intelli specifically says this is a no-go, then I don't see the problem.
