Anyone else think that the server needs an upgrade? I'm on it at the moment and there are around 30 people online. The lag is unbearable. It stops us from doing anything useful.
I think if you wish for the server to keep growing you need to invest into more power!

It just needs a restart. Minecraft/Java I think has a big memory leak and needs to be optimized as well. I'm pretty sure this plagues all servers when they get this many people after many hours.

How about donating? It cost quite a bit just to keep the server up, let alone the cost to upgrade.

I already spend enough money running my own server on a different game sorry.

Then don't complain about performance issues.

... I'm saying maybe the server needs an upgrade and i get people trolling me.

I've re-written the mob limiter to improve performance.

#2. The lag isn't from the amount of people being on.
#3. People aren't trolling you. They're just criticizing a seemingly selfish player who jumps from lag=server needs an upgrade to provide him with a server that plays to his standards.
