Hey guyz... im just interested in peoples spawn realms and would like to see what people feel price differences ar as you get further out.. plus itd just be interesting
So if you have a spawn realm can you post the coords and what pice you feel ( if ever) you would sell it for.. plus i may like to buy one lol

Price : Not for sale but I'd say 300k is fair nowadays.

300k is a spawn realm like 100 blocks from spawn. The actual spawn is practically invaluable, right? I'm guessing 600k or something, I'm not too experienced with spawn realms.

I think you should split spawn realms up into 3 groups

* the 4 realms surrounding the 0,0
(-25,-25; -25,25; 25,-25; 25,25)
If I were to guess I'ld say 300k-400k

* the 10 realms surrounding the 4 realms
These realms would be around 150k-250k

* the 20 realms surrounding the 10 realms
Estimated at 75k-125k

Behind these realms are sub-spawn realms for me, others might think otherwise.

-225 -275 (my spawn realm) 25k?

Why are realms directly beside spawn valued so high? They are smaller than every other realm on the map, your creation has to meet certain standards, you can't have a shop, etc.

They should be worth a lot less than what they are.

You may not be able to build a shop and there may be restrictions but those realms give you notoriety and everyone sees whatever you do end up building there. If nothing else it's pure bragging rights. Also if you use it for storage it completely frees up your /sethome and allows you to set it anywhere in the wilderness and still have quick access to your storage via /spawn.

They are but the people who own the actual spawn realms lose a 25*25 corner to the spawn building or spawn area as it is now.

mine would be about 100,000^2.
