Hey, fluggingferry here.

I had been inactive since 2/03/12. My realms went up on 3/04/12. However, I returned within about a week to see that my realms had either been taken, stole from, griefed, or a combination of each. I know that I can't get ownership of my realms back, which is alright, but I do want the items returned.

So far, I have received all but a few more items; I have had the help of Aelcalan and Rokkrwolf312 whilst searching for the suspects. I know that Japee12, _b3ast_, Draigos, Indespair, and Haron are all involved:

Japee12 has returned my items
_b3ast_ is a friend who got one of my spawn realms for protection
Draigos gave me all of the items that he alone stole from my storage

The only issue is I have not gotten back ~26 diamonds, 8 stacks of gold ingots, and a stack of iron blocks. The only two people that may have stolen them are Indespair and Haron. I just need assistance in finding the two, and I wanted admins/mods to be aware of my situation.

I've seen Indespair randomly running around my realms, then preceding to take some pumpkins from a farm in public land (the owner hadn't been on for months now), I msg'ed him repeatedly and he never replied.
So FYI, He may be a tough one to catch.

Last I heard, there is no official rule for this. Panthers was the one who came up with the 14 day period for when people buy a disbanned realm. This is NOT an official rule. So basically, once your realms disban and someone buys them, they are free to do anything they wish to said realm. However, I'm not sure if this is the same with public land...

Nah, TornadicManiac. It's basically a guideline followed, just not on any list of rules. Rokkr and Ael have helped and enforced the return of my items.

Yeah, if you returned before two weeks, you can get your items back.
