Why do people always complain about lack of slimes?

I see a few a day, of course TODAY was a rare treat:
This is the first time I've seen 2 huge slimes at once. Got 22 slimeballs in 1 go. Too bad I didn't have a sword of looting...

quick question. how did you go about finding your slime chunk, if you dont mind sharing?

If you use any slime finding tools to find a slime chunk, you will be banned. It is counted as a cheat and is against Minerealm's rules.
Please do not post links to them on the forums please.
I would be advisable that you remove that link immediately.

I don't believe they ever claimed they were playing on Minerealm.. I've heard complaints about lack of slimes spawning in Minecraft in general. So they could very well be just playing in single player. Let's not assume and over-react, now.

I got banned for this before. Didn't even know.
