Spawn City tutorial room changes.

Heya folks,
I've spent a while updating info in the tutorial room today, and I though I'd let everyone know what changed.
I've expanded/seperated the "Sites of Interest" and "Player Cities" boards. There's plenty of available space now, so feel free to contact me if you want a cool build or settlement added.
iHoolian is now hosting a list of dedicated "helpful players". If you enjoy helping new players, please contact him to get added to his public listing.
Due to a bit of recent confusion, I'll be adding a short info board on donations. Hopefully this will both inform confused players and prompt extra generosity.

Hippo, it's my understanding that the Diamond Inn is a business. If so, I can't give it a listing due to the restriction on shop advertisements in spawn realms.

Abyssus was second on the list (right after Spawn City). I will change the coords to the ones you listed though.
