I just logged on today. didn't pay much attention as I harvested my crops. then just out of the corner of my eye see this. my first reactions was who built this stuff next to my realm, and as I took shots of the buildings, I began to feel threatend. hoping I could have whoever built all that could move farther away from my stuff. I felt selcuded, I felt happy, hoping I could get some more realm credits to protect the stuff I haven't protected. As I travel more, I see more and more stuff. my seclusion defiled, the possible resources underground, now having to be fought over and found faster before the others take it.

is there someway I can have these people move away, at least away form my realm? what can I do, what should I do? I know it is public land, but soon it probly will not. Any help, any advise on to how I should cope with my seculsion now gone? And if there is something possible without me having to move, is there someway I can get my seculsion back?

Close yourself in and credit farm, fast. How many credits do you have? I might be able to give you some.

I would suggest you talk to them. On occasion, people are actually entirely reasonable, and can be convinced to go along with you. They may well be willing to move simply to avoid having to compete with your, or may be receptive to being paid a bit to leave.

seems the person who built it is taken it down, hoepfully moving all his buildings far away from my area, at least far enough that it won't cause me to walk around my area like a dog patrolling. hoepfully he will plant tree down so that my lil peace of heaven is back to normal.

not on as much as I was before. I am preoccupied with trying to get a job, alot of studing, house chores. its nice of you to offer creds, but I am just under 3k. and what I need to protect is bout 30k

Land is land is land is land, they didn't build THAT close, I know cause I was one of the people exploring over in that region...

No one meant any harm, and they just wanted a fresh place to build, instead of freaking out...try talking to people....you'd be shocked what it can accomplish.

still it is close. and plus I did talk to one dude. he took something down, and I think left afertwards. still I feel like it won't ever be the same. never did anyone ask, or leave a message here on minerealms for me. where was the common sense on waiting, and the common curtosey to let someone as secluded as I was, let be?

I understand if it was just to build. but it was the suddenness of it comming into my lil peaice of heaven, and without a bit of consent that threw me into a uproar. sure they didn't have to ask, but I was the only one in that pitcular spot, and with all that stuff built around my realm. My plans for my spot is now ruined. I strongly believed they should've waited and asked before starting up a project.

An uproar? Over someone building in a realm near yours? Understandable if they started building in a realm where you already had a structure in progress, or even if you had posted signs saying that you intended to build there. But if it was just untouched wilderness, there's no way that they could've known whether you had plans for the area.

hell I bet if I did do just that. all would've been ignored and I would've been told "nope, there was already plans for this area. your signs are invaild" just like back in 2.0 survival. placed sign saying "site of ole ruins watch tower,by mcfattyxxxl" way off in the distance, away from civilization. next week later when I got the free time to do just that. sign was replaced, was told place already tooken, and something else already built in its place. I was left wondering wtf happend, why my sign wasn't respected, and wondering bunch of other things.

I will say I didn't put up signs cause of that past experence. when i had all that I needed, I go on out and build like crazy.

Unless you BUILT on public land, and they bought what you built on PUBLIC land to harass you, then it's not against the rules.

You cannot expect people to be like. OMG. Free area untouched. Oh looky sign. "Belongs to McFatty".

But it's a public realm. KILL SIGN. Buy realm.

Theyre public realms for a reason. So they can be accessed by the public, if you don't like it. Tough, that's how the system works.

I already knew that above statment. had a few people threaten to by someonething I made just so I couldn't finish it back in 2.0. No one gave a crap, even when i made such a huge fuss bout it.

your right I can't expect that. why? cause no one has respect on here. even if they do, they just get tramped on by the rest like the dirt that we walked on without a bit of remorse.
And here is how the system works. no ones asks for consent, ignoring an individual/individuals seclusion is a common thing, no such thing as public land, and you either hush up and look stupid or open your mouth and release all doubt. It's what I learned from experince since creative/survival 1.0.

getting back onto the topic on hand. noticed a realm was bout nearby. but as long as it grows in the other direction opposed to my realm. I won't give a care.
