So today I saw someone on chat by the same name as mine and just wondering how they did that. They said they used a mirror mod. Is there such a thing or are they using a strangely similar username as mine? Is it banable to use a mirror mod cause I don't want to be framed for doing something I didn't.

Also, I think it's important to point out that around the same time another character was on chat by the name of "Notch," another strange occurrence. More strangely is that I used /online and it said he never played on minerealm. Could he be using a hidden character in his name?

I don't know if they're inherently bad, but I have heard of "expert" griefers (e.g. Avo) using them.

It's essentially abusing the fact that minecraft's smp chat client only displays a certain number of characters in a string before jumping to the next line.

Hahaha, Spartacus was doing this to me a couple months ago. Freaked the crap outta me. :S

I feel pranked. lol.

I've had this happen to me, but it was actually not a prank, someone was actually typing mean stuff using my username.
