Yes, It is time I did something like this, so the story to this is whilst I was working on my home, I had OtherKitty helping me and she gave me this fabulous idea that I should make this small company called SilverVille contractors where a person would message me either on the minerealm forums, in-game or alternatively leave a reply to this topic and request me to build them a house/building (to their specifications w/ or w/o blueprints, or ask me to come up with one or either copy another build/picture) for a certain amount of credits, the builds I have already built are the following in spawn city (with a few more on the way):

this is a build i scaled down from an original that is 5 times bigger im planning to make it really soon in minerealm

Really, anyone could do this. Not saying it's not cool to do though. I have built Arc de Triomphe, an epic ship, a scaled down home, you name it.

But you aren't offering your services to the public hippo. Silver is.

I made a whole thread about I would help anyone with anything, but no one replied, so I sorta gave up asking of anyone needed help on the forums. I will still gladly help people.
