End Portals

Where are the End Portal's on the 4.0 Map? and are there any fees to enter them?
There is a public End Portal currently owned by Intelli.
It's located at the co-ords:
X: -720
Z: 474
Look for a cave entrance in that general area. It has torches all around it. Follow the cave down - it leads directly to the End Portal.
