Yes, I finally got Skyrim because of everybody praising it.

I'm definitely looking forward to it And unlike previous updates, which I've usually started by messing around in single player for a while, I plan on jumping in feet first with the Minerealm community.

The official MineCon site indicates that the actual release will happen between 1:00 and 2:30 PM (Vegas time zone). I've also read that Bukkit will be doing a "live update" of their program at the convention... which means we could conceivably have the update applied to Minerealm along with the new map by the end of the day tomorrow!

In any case, I look forward to seeing what biome spawn is in.

I'm so excited! I also have been trying to tell my friends who don't have minecraft to buy it while they can before the price skyrockets. But, it feels like trying to tell people that the rapture is coming or something :? I guess not everyone likes minecraft :oops:

I just hope that updates don't come too infrequently.

Yeah me too, I feel that the rate will drop from here on out. But I'm hoping that they will have more support to continue to be creative and add to the game content. I'm sure that there are going to be updates that fix stuff as well.

Yes. It might get slow without major updates...only time will tell :/

Unless spawn is in an arctic or desert biome, you'll never know the difference.

I'm not so much interested in the biome. I'm more interested in the height. It might look interesting if spawn city is ten blocks lower or higher than the new landscape
