for the last 40 mins The_Alliteration and my self and anyone else entering the nether are killed in the portal room by kress91, they then say we need 2 pay 500 to each one of his goons. Portal camping is unethical and should be banned for, We have nothing on us. no armor nothing. and he kills us over and over and over.

If anyone can please resolve this issue ?
we just want 2 get to the new plot / mine we built for the club.

Looks to me we have another "Lightbulbs/Kress91 Is a Such-And-Such"-Thread, with nothing to base it off of except a worthless hate for a player who's built here and argued for this server since the very first survival map under the original Admins.

You wanna talk ethics? We'll talk ethics about someone thinking traveling through the PVP-enabled part of the world that is literally HELL and hauling their friend along, while unarmed. Is it ethical to drag a helpless individual into the Nether? Nope, and it certainly ain't smart.

Yes, while I was looking elsewhere on my screen, the group that was near the portal in the nether surrounded me and "cyber raped" me. I looked back to my screen as I was being humped by members of NTC including Kress91. When I returned to MC and began moving, I was killed.

Unfortunately, those individuals who sit on the nether road killing unarmed people who are using the nether to move from place to place quickly are ruining the game for other players.

Having crude messages sent to me and being humped doesn't make it any better.

As for the nether PVP.. just take a video.. Otherwise its your word against his.

People sneak on others alot.. its a thing to do when AFK. That does not mean that they are "cyber raping" anyone.. I have had kress lineant and some others push me in a group as i was afk when they were sneaking. Doesnt mean anything or if they meant it like that.

what ever. if it were someone you cared about. you would do the same. Also dont think that kind of things acceptable on a server that dosent even allow swearing. its just not right.

That kind of language is not allowed. However, killing you on the road is perfectly legit. As long as they don't attack you in the portal room the nether is a fair game zone. The real problem here is that you have no proof. If you had video or screenshots we might care, but with just your word vs his this ban request is a 100% waste of time.
