I was playing mc today and all the sudden I got disconnected from the server and got this message:

Connection Lost

Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

This message is now popping up everytime i try to log in to the server again.
Now I tried to log in on channel2 and i got this message:

Disconnected by server

You are allready logged in!
Anyone know what to do about this problem? Did this happend before and what was the solution 2 it?

It now also gives me this message:

End of Stream

This happens to me a lot. If I try and log in to the minerealm server to quickly, I usually get this message.
Following the message, it states that the minerealm server is unavailable.

My temporary solution is to log on to singleplayer, log out, and then try multiplayer again.
Another solution would be to close the client and try again, but I do think waiting on the server selection page for a few moments is generally a good idea.

I am currently having this problem as well. I've had it once before and it just let me in after a while then, don't remember how long though.

Yes, I know what u mean, and I've also tried to do these steps u told me. Still I do think this might be something else since I cant login for allready 30 mins or so, dont think that it has to do with reconnecting to fast.

Allright, We'll i hope you are right, and that it will be fixed this easy

Like I said, I haven't been able to sit down and figure out why it is occurring. I have the same issue on cross-operating systems so, I wonder if it's server sided. I have no clue honestly, but I'm trying to think of a fix if it happens to be on the client side.

EDIT: you might want to try some other servers and see if the issue still exists. If that's the problem, then it's Notch's fault

I got the exact same problem....

Channel 1: Connection Lost. End of Stream.

Channel 2: Disconnected by server. Your already logged in!

I never had this problem before.

I tried to connect with another server. It worked fine... no problems whatsoever .

I tried other servers and it wasnt any problem to join.

maby some more information, I've been playing on the server all day and on the same computer. Havent done anything else then building chatting and drinking coffee ofc. >.<

In that case, I suggest just being patient. Try to use the method I posted above if you have problems.

Intelli probably has a lot to deal with right now..

Its weird, since it happend not only to me it seems, but also to StodgY and cloudtheclow, seems to be a server problem then, or could be random.

yeah i have it too. Channel one is down for me and i'm already logged into channel 2 (not really).
