Nether Research Study: Shame on you!

Yesterday i decided to try out one of those new Nether roads. I went through the spawn portal, and of course i was lost in the portal when i came out. Unable to chat, to move or attack. Then [X] came... and killed me while i was in the portal room, or better: i was in the portal. I lost a stack of breads, diamond and iron tools and other things, asked her/him to give it back, without response.

The Experiment
Today I did the same thing, and i wasstuck in the portal again. Luckily i got out of it, and waited in the Safe Room. 10 People looked at me, and 30 seconds later [Y] came:

I did it again, and the same thing happened (didnt die, but i was hurt heavily by [Z]) :

Conclusion:
They break the rules, they are a shame for the whole server.
Any groups that are related to "Nether War", please follow the rules!

---
[X], [Y], [Z] are placeholders. Dont try to identify them :!:

Nether is FULL PvP. That means everywhere. Even the "safe" room.

Camping / killing an innocent victim, as soon as they enter the Nether, causes grief to that player and isn't respectful of that player. Unless of course, they're obviously looking for a fight (ex: have a sword).

The "safe" room is not enforced, save by ban-happy staff.

It's guidelines at best.

Intelli himself has said that portal camping is a bannable offense.

Yes, there's assuming you're killing people right as they come out of the portal.

This no-pvp zone that encompasses more than just the portal itself is stupid without any way to enforce it beyond banning people outright.

Intelli has also said that the nether is full pvp. Since the staff can't seem to decide if it is bannable or not, or enforce it if it is bannable, it all comes out to the same thing in the end. If you go into the nether, be ready to die. A lot.

I saw people kill you Schmidt (I know who Y was) but they only killed you because you were standing there for so long, not moving.
