so me and my friend made this house near our castle, we were going to buy the realm for it in a few days as we didnot have enough credits for it yet. so, this person named xshockwavex came in and just bought the realm taking all our stuff that was in it, andhe tore down our house that WE made... he even ADMITS doing it.. anyways here is an image of him doing it
do again my question is, are people allowed to just waltz into your unbought land and then claim it...? that's like me going to your house and just buying it because it wasn't bought yet.. that's now fair, as that is what they just did to me and my friend.

No, it isn't allowed. Post a ban request in bans, and get your friend to say it is true.

I don't know if it's "official" but the general rule I've seen is you have to keep existing stuff around for 14 days after you purchase a realm and allow the original builder to retrieve it.

My understanding is that any valuable materials that were part of the structure have to be returned to the original owner even after the 14 day deadline has passed.
