reason my chat was off most of the day yesterday...

Edit: some of that stuff a normal user would be banned for, IMHO help bot should whisper people instead of being out in public, it's spammy and distracting in an already cluttered chat system.

If it does whisper, then people begin to spam by asking the same question to see it there are funny results or they ask because they do not know either.

Create a /helpbot command. The only thing he publicly responds to is "help" and his response would be: Type /help for a list of commands, or ask me a question by typing /helpbot [question]
