Can we please add some more servers maybe? Just one server that has been here since 2010 has alot of places that have already been taken! I cant find any realm area to purchase!

95% of the realms haven't been bought yet.

I think what you actually want is a new MAP, such that everyone has nothing and the land is all unowned. That won't happen, as probably upwards of 85% of the current map is unowned, and there are plans for greatly expanding the amount of land available upon the release of 1.9. Even then, the only thing standing between someone and free land is maybe 10 minutes of walking, it's just that a whole bunch of whiny, self-entitled buffoons are more interested in being handed stuff than just going and taking it in a tenth of the time and a quarter the effort.
