Can we have it so when the realms go to public from he/she have not been online for 30 days.
it tells is the owner and a number of the realm could it be possible for it to also have the cords on would help out very much.

This would really promote looting. Also there is already an easy way to figure out where the realms are based on their number.

Looting is still completely illegal after a realm disbands. And the number system is pretty easy to understand once you get yourself oriented...

So...if my neighbor Mr. Giant House of the Gods got disbanded, and i went to his house and bought his chunk of land, would it be illegal to raid pilliage and plunder all of the beongings that now belong to me?

Yes and no. If the realm disbanded due to inactivity, you can purchase the realm without issues. The problem lies in other people who may have items in the realm. Give any members of the realm a week or so to claim their possessions. To cover yourself even more, post on the forums about the purchase of the realm and instructions to claim items.
