Kso, as some of you may have noticed, I & Codercorey recently bought the Nova store, tower, and half of the nova park/HQ realms. Before buying the store, i made sure to ask Jtcanon, that if I bought the store, he would reserve the tower, and the park(HQ) as the storage is spread on 3 realms. All was good, and we came to an agreement, the prices were as follow.

-Store 120K
-Tower 50k
-Nova park/HQ(S292r's realm) 25k
-Other half of nova park/HQ(JT's realm) 25k

But just yesterday, after waiting a long while for S2 to get on, I finally managed to talk to him. I asked him if he could sell me the other half of the nova HQ/park realm, but he had no clue what I was talking about. I then told him about me buying the nova store, half of the park, and such, and he said that jt told him nothing about this. He then told me not to go in the HQ. So I went afk for a few, and came back to see the nova HQ/park TNT'd to shit.

I would appreciate it if Nova, Rocky, JT, and S2 would keep their end of the agreement, and sell me what I payed for. Instead of what the realm currently is, a 50x50 crater.

I'm not looking to get anyone banned, nor do I have even proof of the terms, since I trusted all 3 of them, not to mention 2 of the 3 were mods, all i want is that the damage be rolledback, and the realm sold at the previous agreed price, which me and jt both agreed on.

Proof of the park, blown to sh%$:

First of all... Do you kiss your mother with that mouth? Second of all... If there is no proof of the agreement then technically it didn't happen. Third off all... How do you know it wasn't someone else from nova that didn't want you to have it? The people who have building rights need to be interrogated

Jailbird, not all sentences need a period.

Some need question marks too.

When making a deal to buy something from Nova, you should always specify beforehand: "...and don't blow it up."

First of all...Please point out where i swore in my massivewalloftext. Second of all... I know theres no proof, notice how i said i'm not here to get someone banned, JT clearly knows the terms which we agreed to, thats why i'm hoping he keeps to his word, and talks to s2 as 220k for 4 realms is a VERY large sum, especially when one of them is nothing more then a crater. Third of all... Many witnesses seen him blow it up, and a mod could easily check who removed the blocks.

I assume that you specified you wanted the Terra Nova park completely, 100% intact, with no changes made before the final sale took place, correct?

Otherwise, I would keep this thread title the same, but instead of accusing Terra Nova of defiling land that was rightfully theirs, you should be thanking Terra Nova for clearing the mess that the previous occupants left before they sold it. It is usually expected that when you move into a new place, the previous inhabitants belongings are not present(unless you specified that you wanted them all to remain).

Seems to me that they ripped you off. I would suggest getting a refund and or what you agreed on.

I would say no refund as the land was still rightfully theirs because it wasn't sold to you!

Teh, you never paid us for that realm. We initially said we would sell it for 25000 RC. We merely said we would reserve it for you. I am not the owner of the realm and nor is Rocky. S2 is the one that placed the explosive charges on it. Since it was his work, I don't see the problem. He took the initiative to remove things for you.
