Its like a chunk error or something and I fall threw the ground but then I get hurt and die... then after that happened a few time I got kicked for 'flying' and then this error happened...

I was getting the exact same error, from what i've 'been reading that happens when somethings wrong with MC's authentication system.

Find a small, but wide enough area to /setome. You don't want to /sethome in the middle of a field, when you spawn theire then needs to be a lot of chunks loaded. And the same problem will keep happening. Find a medium sized area, where not a lot of chunks need to load. Then, create a block ladder two blocks high and type /sethome. Then remove the two blocks, so when you spawn you fall 2 blcoks, giving the chunks time to load, and ample room for you two spawn. Doing this fixed the problem for me.
