Hey I'am still new to the community however I had bought some realms... well let a in game friend i met in game buy realms for us. well I took a break for awhile and left, I came back to hear that the Guy tyman231 who was the owner of our realms.
if you can find log's that old you will see that I had givein him money for the realms bought.
I can still build on the land but with him being banned so i've heard. will the server take my land from me?
do i Gain ownership of the land all together?

any help on what's going to happen, or what can I do?

Lately the land of a player who is banned and has Not been given another chance has been auctioned to the public. There is a chance that you may not be the next owner of it, but most of the time there is no one who would buy someone else land. Mainly because it is immoral and not always abiding by the rules.

But for the best chance of getting to own that realm you should contact a mod/admin.

i would recommend Intelli, because he has the say so of what goes on.

P.S. He is the owner of this server!

Well idk the full story of his ban or if he even get's an appeal.... but wat your saying is I should pack my things and move on...?

however another issue is the stuff in then bank, very small amount of ppl and not these best of items being held for them.

nevertheless I DON'T KNOW THESE PPL!! lol

if i see you i will attempt to contact you into getting your stuff back.

but if i cannont get ahold of these ppl and time comes closer to figuer out what will happen to my land, I ask the admins this question.

If i cant find these ppl before I move on with the game may I clame anything I find of value in the vault?

You were already told that the realms of banned players get auctioned off at a later date. If you want the realm, you will likely have to purchase it from said auction. If you need to know more, PM Intelli.

Just because the land will be auctioned off doesn't give you a right to other people's things.

Still part my land so i should pack my crap then leave, totally screwed out of all my money and home.

least iam gonna do is make some $$$ for another realm tearing it all down.

Actually, that is an interesting question. If someone running a bank gets banned, who is responsible for making sure the individual's get their stuff? I can see anyone who purchases the realm having to give them an opportunity to retrieve their stuff from the bank, but at the same time, is it really fair to force the new owner to sit on a vault full of stuff simply because the previous owner messed up? It seems that if someone stores stuff with a bank that goes under, they are more or less screwed unless they get in to get their stuff fast.

Connor running off, lavaing his bank, and leaving his clients things inside is a prime example of this, but with less banning and needing more of it on Connor.
