Any Experience With Reffing, or Managing Events / Groups of People: I have experience with controlling people as I have been a referee in some games. (AFL, Soccer) Even though it was not an official referee job it has still given me some experience. I also sort out a lot of the problems at school with friends and things so I have experience with that too.
