Dispensers can be looted even in private realms that people are not members of.

That is a problem.
I will test it out with my dispenser.

Result: Any players can put/remove items from a dispenser in private realms, but cannot destroy the dispenser.

The whole point of looting is to take people's things, thus the problem. People may not be able to destroy the dispenser, however more valuable items are usually kept inside.

Make a thread in the Ideas / Suggestions forum, detailing what you want fixed and etc, etc.
