Question about realms

Hey everyone,

Let's say I buy a realm with a house in it. I don't touch anything and make a proposal to the house builder that he can

A: Get build rights and take out his stuff/materials
B: Pay double the price I paid to get the realm from me

I know, it's evil. But I want to know if it's a reason to be banned? Please keep in mind that it's just a hypothetical question ;)

If the land is public, you have every right to purchase it. However, you do have to allow them to remove any of their possessions if you do this. Making them pay double for the realm is unlikely to work and also very, very douche-y.

Like I said, it was just a thought, there are no plans to do so ;). So I can buy a realm and allow the user to take away his possessions. What if he's offline for 2 weeks or so?

In my opinion, if they haven't been around for a while, you should store the items somewhere out of the way in case they do return. That's largely to cover your own ass and avoid being accused of stealing.
