Trading flaw (Rant)

When I first joined this server, everyone seemed to trade fairly. But now there is this huge flaw, so many people are scamming, quite sad really, for as low as 100 credits.
You might tell me to talk to a mod, but for various reasons I can't. First, there are none online at the time of writing this. I'm trying not to keep complaining, but I see VERY active people on this server who are always on, even now, and they don't have mod next to their name.
But the real reason I won't bother talking to a mod is because I don't have proof. Sorry, I didn't take a screen shot because I didn't think some guy would scam me out of 100 credits, and it's a bit hard to when 20 kids are spamming 'how do i get creds' and 'i got griefed11!' as I'm trading.
I suggest a better trading system, because at the moment I could easily scam someone because they have no proof that I did.
Sorry for ranting, but I find this very annoying. It's not so much losing credits or items, it's the fact that these 14 year olds can get away with it that bothers me.
