I am conducting 1-on-1 interviews in private for anyone who has had experience managing, or co-managing an organized business (has a realm dedicated to it) on the MineRealm survival server in the past, or is currently a manager or co-manager of one. The interview as it stands is relatively short, but I do ask plenty of off-the-record questions for my own understanding. Estimated time is anywhere between 5-15 minutes.

Incidentally, spine-knifing is a very common sport in my home town. My posture is horrendous.

I didn't ask if it was organized, since everything we did was meticulously planned out in order to reap maximum benefits. I asked if it counted as legitimate. :3
