Well every morning in EST, I get on to see spawn getting griefed in more then 3 ways and not one mod on to do anything about it. I see people firing off swear words every 5 seconds with no mods to do anything. And with all these new players pouring in from god knows where, its giving us a bad name. We need to hire a new morning mod. I heard Lm is a new mod but during all other hours of the day we have a mod on. Whats the point of a new mod if they are on with other mods are on?

Basically we need to hire a new morning mod.

I don't want to force a player to commit his time to the morning like it's a real-life job. If Mods are on, great. If not, oh well, we can take care of it when someone logs on. Just write down any issues you have with players so we can do something about it when we're not on. And everyone here is free to add me on skype, which I'm usually on if I'm not on Minecraft.

The best we can do is higher active Moderators and hope that their schedules allow them to be active during important parts of the day, which in recent history has been: all day.

Well just pick a player that is on during the mornings/nights and see if they would like to do it.

I think the griefers jsut love the attention so when this is happening just move away, go back to what you were doing and forget about it because it can be sorted out another time. They are just trying to get a reaction from people...

That is a basic criterion, but much more to it. Players that are impatiently demanding Mod position clearly don't deserve it. More importantly, he has to have an absolutely spotless record (I feel like I've said this before?)

I meant someone who fits that criteria that is on during the mornings. This is a problem that has been going on for a few days, and I just keep seeing noobs saying "I was griefed" or "Any mods?" or even "Someone is lighting spawn on fire".
